Our Story
Swift Boiler Fix Ltd was founded to bring a higher standard of engineering to West and Central London's property market. With 14 years of hands-on experience across every type of property — from Victorian terraces to modern apartment blocks — we've built a reputation for reliability, transparency and technical depth.
We've grown from a gas-focused operation to a complete property engineering service — covering gas, electrical, HIU, air conditioning, plumbing and underfloor heating. That breadth is rare. It means one call, one relationship and one invoice for managing agents and landlords who deal with multiple trades.
Our electrical partner holds full Level 3 certification and works alongside our gas team on every project that needs it. We're also among very few London engineers who genuinely specialise in smart home heating systems — Nest, Hive, Tado and the full range.
