Gas Safe registered — certificate emailed to you the same day
Landlords legally need a gas safety check on every gas appliance and a CP12 certificate renewed every 12 months. We carry out the check, give you the certificate and email it to you the same day.
You must give tenants a copy of the certificate within 28 days of the check and keep records for at least two years. Tell us how many appliances there are and we will confirm the price.
