What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, address or postcode, phone number, email address and the details of the job you tell us about.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange the work.
• To keep a record of the work we have done for you (for example gas safety records).
• Only if you tick the box: to send you occasional offers and boiler service reminders. You can stop these at any time by replying “stop” or emailing us.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are sent to our business email and kept in our private customer list in Google Workspace. Our website form is delivered by Web3Forms. We never sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after we last spoke, and job records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or tell us to stop sending offers. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
